General Booking Policy

1. Check-in policy

Your check in time is at 15:00. Your check out time is at 11.00.

2. Payment Policy

A 50% prepayment is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. The timing of the payment and the cancellation policy, including when you can cancel free of charge, will depend on the dates of your stay and the specific offer under which your booking was made.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 20 days prior to arrival or no-show, will be charged 50% of the total reservation.

4. Climate Crisis Resilience Fee

Starting January 1st, 2026, our hotel will be subject to a government tax as defined by law: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee.” The fee amount is €5.00 per room, per night (April – October). It is payable upon arrival and not included in the room rate.
